This elegant vintage black sleeveless dress has beautiful ruching throughout and waterfall draping on the front. There are a few holes in the chiffon fabric which are mostly hidden due to the ruching/draping, please see photos. Overall, it presents well and looks like vintage Jean Dessés (see last photo).
