By accessing or using The Vintage Marketplace ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

5. Purchases and Payments
All purchases made through The Vintage Marketplace are subject to our payment processing terms. Prices are displayed in USD and include any applicable fees at checkout. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Sellers are responsible for shipping items within the timeframe specified in their listings. The Vintage Marketplace is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. See our Refund Policy for information about undelivered items.
7. Refunds and Returns
Our refund and return policies are outlined in our separate Refund Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to abide by these policies.
8. Intellectual Property
The The Vintage Marketplace name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of The Vintage Marketplace. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
10. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPLY VINTAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
