How does buying work?
Browse our curated vintage drops, find something you love, and purchase it like any online store. All items are one-of-a-kind, so once it's gone, it's gone!
What are "drops"?
Drops are curated collections of vintage items released at specific times. Since everything is one-of-a-kind, drops create excitement and give everyone a fair chance to shop the newest finds.
Are items authentic?
Yes! Every item is vetted by our sellers and backed by our buyer protection. If an item isn't as described, we'll make it right.
What's your return policy?
You have 3 days from delivery to report an issue if an item is significantly not as described, damaged, or counterfeit. Since vintage items are unique, we can't accept returns for fit or change of mind. Check measurements carefully before buying!

How do I become a seller?
Apply to sell by creating a seller account. We review applications to ensure quality and authenticity. Once approved, you can start listing your vintage items.
What are the fees for sellers?
We don't charge sellers anything — zero commission, zero listing fees, zero monthly charges. The only cost is standard credit card processing (2.9% + 30¢ per sale), which is charged by our third-party payment processor, not by us. You may also choose to offer optional discounts like coupons or free shipping promotions.
What is the Buyer Protection & Service Fee?
When you buy an item, a small Buyer Protection & Service Fee is added at checkout. This covers verified vintage authentication (our AI checks every item), a money-back guarantee if your item isn't as described (3 days from delivery), secure payment processing (your payment is held until delivery is confirmed), and dedicated support if anything goes wrong. The fee is based on the item price and is always shown before you complete your purchase.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed through Stripe. Once an order is completed and the buyer confirms receipt, funds are released to your connected bank account.
What's the shipping requirement?
Sellers must ship within 3 business days of receiving an order. We provide shipping labels and tracking to make it easy.

Do I need an account to shop?
You can browse without an account, but you'll need to create a free account to make purchases. Creating an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and get notified about new drops.
What are the benefits of having an account?
With an account, you can save your shipping info for faster checkout, track your order history, save items to your wishlist, and receive email notifications about new drops.
How do returns work?
If an item doesn't match its description, you can request a return within the seller's return window. Check our Return Policy for details.
