A very nice mid 20th century handmade bole tie from the southwest. Sterling silver body with large set piece of turquoise. The tips are also hand formed and soldered silver with smaller pieces of turquoise at the tips. This is an estate find and a tag from a previous sale was still attached. I left it in place and included photos of it in the listing as it provides the only information other than what I can observe about the bolo tie. It reads: "Turquoise necklace - American Indian - handmade - 1948" and " The 3 pieces of turquoise are with matrix + set + galleried in sterling." 36 grams total weight including leather.
